So, how does Trinity Solar make money if you get the system for free?

It's simple, the Government has funds to cover a major part of the costs of the system, installation and warranty.   So, your monthly energy bill is much less than normal and your protected against the ever growing cost of buying energy from your regular provider, for 25 years!  You also get a full Solar System warranty for 25 years, at no cost ever to you!!!

After 25 years, you own the system completely!   ALSO, Transferable to a new home owner, this typically increases home value by 4% or more.

After 25 years, you have the following options: 

1) Renew up to (2) 5-year periods 

2) Remove Solar System - the roof will be returned to previous condition 

3) Take ownership of the Solar System - no cost to homeowner 

4) Upgrade to newer Solar System with new terms

The homeowner just saves money for 25 years!
 
Requirements of the Home owner: 

1) 630 or above credit score - no hard credit check and nothing ever shows up on your credit.  You are not borrowing any money to do this.

2) Roof in great shape 

3) Roof able to get full sun (for the most part)

4) Home/owner assessment to verify viability of program/system 

      (1 hour visit from us to take pictures and measure your house)

If you ever sell the house, the new owner just fills out a form, gets approved like you did initially, and only pays a $50.00 fee.  They then assume the remaining time on your 25-year contract, and best of all, they bought a house that saves them money immediately.
